Episode #6 – Shawn Colvin’s ‘Cover Girl’ Uncovered

A one-hour radio music program featuring many accessible genres, with a variety of eras and styles represented…and a few surprises as well.

Hosted and produced by Lee Rosevere at his home studio. Drawing from his extensive record collection, the music is chosen like a stream of consciousness flowing mix-tape, often with thematic arcs, or specialized episodes.

This episode, we play the original versions of the songs Shawn Colvin heard and recorded for her “Cover Girl” album – including some rare live recordings and alternate mixes from her singles..

A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
